Broadband Services

USIC offer broadband services through reseller customers as an unbranded service. Our network is monitored and maintained 24 hours per day and is designed to offer business class, high quality, connectivity to the Internet. Your customers will not suffer with highly congested connectivity as provided by many of the larger ISPs. These are simply concerned with gaining high numbers of customers, whilst neglecting to provide the quality of service that business customers demand.

Your ADSL and SDSL connectivity is delivered from BT Wholesale or other LLU providers into the USIC network, where it is then routed to the rest of the Internet through our resilient core network. This means that as well as offering competitive and high quality packages, you are able to offer additional add-ons, such as VOIP, hosted E-Mail and collaboration services, off-site back-up and Wide Area Networking, safe in the knowledge that you can provide the desired quality of service and back that up with responsive technical support.

This service is ideally suited to IT support companies, telecoms resellers and small ISPs that do not have the required buying power or technical expertise to provide the service with the wholesale providers directly. USIC manage all technical aspects of the service leaving you to focus on sales and bolstering your existing service offering to your clients.

The service is fully managed, so there are no technical requirements that resellers have to provide in order to offer the service to their customers. However, if there is a demand for a reseller to have more control over their clients, e.g. provision of their own RADIUS, then this can be accommodated.
